Fees

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and are offered both in-person and virtually for your convenience. The standard private pay rate is $200 per session.

A sliding scale is available based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss options that may work best for your current situation.

Insurance

We aim to make therapy accessible by working with several major insurance providers.

We are currently in-network with the following insurance plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida

• Cigna

• United Healthcare

• Aetna

• Oscar

If you have questions about your coverage—including deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, or whether your plan covers in-person or virtual sessions—we’re happy to help clarify the details.

At this time, we are not accepting Medicaid plans.
