My Services
At the heart of my practice is a compassionate, trauma-informed approach dedicated to helping individuals heal from emotional pain that often begins in early life experiences. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporate an attachment-focused, depth-oriented lens to explore the roots of distress and uncover the negative beliefs you may hold about yourself, others, and the world.
This work goes beyond symptom relief. It’s about understanding the emotional templates shaped in childhood, how they show up in your relationships and sense of self, and gently working to transform them. My work is rooted in a relational and attachment-focused approach, which means we explore how your early relationships and life experiences have shaped the way you see yourself, others, and the world.
This kind of therapy creates space for both insight and transformation—working not just with thoughts and behaviors, but with the underlying emotional patterns and beliefs that often live beneath the surface.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy originally developed to help people heal from trauma. It has since been widely used to address a range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and the lingering impact of early attachment wounds. Rather than focusing only on talk-based insight, EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories and stored emotional experiences that can continue to cause pain, even years after an event has occurred. These unresolved experiences often influence how we feel, how we relate to others, and how we see ourselves in the world.

At Safe Space Wellness Services, we believe the journey to licensure should be as supportive as the therapy we provide.
